Management’s incentives are only for 1-2 year stock price growth so they can get rich, get out, and repeat somewhere else. I wonder how, if ever, ever these incentives will change.

The greenwashing is all over the place. Every process takes 3x the amount of time it SHOULD take because the inmates are running the asylum. The inmates will not improve or fix anything, they will only replace the whole thing (over a period of many years) because replacement will fix all the problems (they claim, and they are always wrong).
Management is not interested in fixing or understanding anything. They are only interested in their own personal bank account. They only want happy news, and that's why the listen to the people who will fill their ears with the noises they want to hear. And, then they push out the people who deliver product and tell them the truth.
