I have been employed for over 25 years and remember a company that had marketplace integrity, employee value and business acumen! Today these branches are littered with managers who have no interpersonal skills, zero business skills, zero strategy, zero vision and terrible communication if any! How the heck did this company fall apart so terribly??!

The management really is terrible. Wayyyyyy to many mangers. They don’t need them with new AI and Automation. Get rid of them and centralize responsibilities! Save Siemens marketplace brand.
Branches in AG are a mess. Worst management ever. Just very d-mb and disengaged. 2-3 year Paycheck positions then they turn over. Had destroyed major customer relationships beyond comprehension and repair. It’s no wonder why Germany wants out of American markets. They grew too big to manage the daily touch points of the business. The game is over and Siemens US is destroyed
When you hire monkeys expect a circus
The many many many tiers of management are just layers of punching bags for when revenue falls off to trim fat! Very standard for large companies like Siemens. Completely disconnected and a mess is standard operation for a company this big. Just like government! Plenty of money to hide behind so they don’t care about the noise. As long as profits are high the rest is never heard!
It’s bad! But Siemens has deep pockets and tentacles in every major country. They can afford to pay Forbes and Fortune plenty of money to run articles how they are the “Best company to work for” etc etc. the general public doesn’t see the inner workings and how convoluted and screwed up certain areas and markets are! Enjoy the ride
Corporate Greed compounded with political alignment of positions destroyed the U.S. branch offices. Most of them operate like McDonald Franchises hiring anyone and everyone who can fill a seat! It’s pretty sad especially for the long term hard working veterans who helped build this company. Hence why they are trying to automate all processes with plans to get out of brick and mortar US markets by 2030!!
