So far Gainwell has never addressed any of the layoffs to the workforce or publicly. New leadership at ceo same fear in the workforce. If you think “it won’t happen to me” you are a fool.
Really - a town hall with the new ceo and they want to brag about landing a massive contract for CA PHM. That is laughable because they admit they don’t know what they are doing, but they won the contract. It might be “exciting” to them but if they don’t know how to manage it then Gainwell is in trouble.
Mark my words - this will be handled like every other failing account. Gainwell will struggle so they will hire a massive amount of people to address the trouble. There will be some struggle. There will be layoffs to get the cost down. And the cycle will repeat. The actual output will be minimal.
Gainwell will continue to value the employees as numbers. They are easily replaced. Easily fired. Easily laid off. You matter to no one.
If you choose to stay I pity you.
