Larger increases for T’s than D’s. D’s can just buy a new truck every 3rd year vs 2 years now

The gap will close tomorrow!
I think the gap is good as is. If a T thinks their worth D rates, go pursue that rtae or more elsewhere. I ain't your daddy's GE anymore
The place will close or have a major reduction in labor. That’s before the next contract and or any T & D rate gap closing. D rates rule another contract keep paying your dues you will figure it out after they close the doors.
Wait till next week to find out how much they close the gap!
Tired of hearing about elections and votes. Why are even talking about this? We haven’t even got through this intension BS that should have been a four year contract.
Pretty soon T’s will have the majority of the votes and it will happen
