More and more, it's obvious an ever-increasing portion of management concerns itself with less and less of anything that actually has to do with television. Hence, the vanishing stock price.

there it is. the board collects big fat checks to make decisions that negatively impact the company and cost jobs, but because those decisions are wrapped in a veneer of "well intentions" nobody dares criticize them out loud lest they be called the r-word.
