After the layoffs

This is a very difficult and tiring period. Will anything get better here after these cuts? I doubt it.

The problem with medtronic is the leadership can’t make decisions on what to fund. Geoff doesn’t give a straight budget for npd, he gives dollars that are used for pre and post market and in most cases it’s just not enough. This was the origin of his stupid do less better quote.

My name has come up in meets a few times as a back fill, these are areas I've never supported, nor care too. IDK where this is going. MN is in a panic now to back fill. IMHO

I was laid off a year ago without media coverage we are seeing this year on layoffs at Medtronic. It seems to have gotten worse...
