I don't trust our leadership at all. Therefore, I do not believe that the target will be those who are incompetent and do not add any value, but precisely those whom the company should not lose.

I low key hope my incompetent supervisor will get the cut. Knowing how 3M operates, my supervisor will likely be spared somehow, and some other probably very competent manager/supervisor will get the cut instead.
Who said you were getting severance this time around?
