Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Which senior leaders have left this year?

Rumor is that Hammes is retiring.

Has Tireman Gibbons left or is his still flying around preaching "the only fixed cost is depreciation"

Hard to believe any company could be this poorly run and no one is forced out nor resigns.

Of course he is gone. I was in a meeting with Tireman early this week 🤮. No leadership there.

The SVP of Digital Transformation left after less than 2 years. They still haven't pulled his exec bio from the intranet site. Also, our CFO's bio is conspicuously missing.

Was an extra layer of management added with Vale becoming a president in charge of everything and reporting to Roman?

Alex Heard left this month. He was the first SVP that EHS has had in the company.

Tireman apparently has enough time to do podcasts for his consultant buddies at Kearney.
