There is an unusual fast thumbs down reaction after certain posts and comments, very quickly, sometimes within a few minutes suggesting something isn't right... Could be IBM paying social media agents to thumb down posts in a hope they won't be read. Look for such especially and read them. It's a layoffs site why thumb down layoffs info unless you know who's behind it. Same probably posting unrelated posts glorifying IBM with nothing to do to layoffs.
Don't be fooled! But it's a great sign to see IBM cares even for such a site!

People use private browser mode to mess with the vote count. It’s not a “paid troll” or a “bot.” It’s simply someone with too much time on their hands - probably one of IBMs many many useless VPs during their 3 hour lunch break or webex “planning session.”
It's the only practical use of Watson they have ever come up with. Now downvote me you unsellable POS
Actually I can answer this. It's a troll. Its easy to do also. The owner of the site needs to be told that using a browser like Tor or Brave, breaks the one vote limit.
It's name is Watson bot. And it's the most sophisticated use that is being made of Watson.
