I just found out that my coworker, who's less experienced and less knowledgeable, not to mention less motivated than me, is making way more money than I am! And to add insult to injury, I've been watching people in other departments getting promoted left and right like it's some kind of game. I'm beyond fed up with this place. I'm done.

Most LCOV transfers are clearly paid less then there MDT team co-workers..
The only way to get a decent pay raise around here based on competency is to leave and come back. Otherwise you are stuck get trickles relying on time, narrative management and checking the right boxes.
