Anyone know of any class action lawsuits against X with regards to Age Discrimination (specifically referring to the HCL action a few years ago)?

Not sure details but age discrimination lawsuits were won by Xerox West Coast employees.
Really hard to prove. They're pretty careful to watch out for anything that could look like that. If they want to get rid of someone, they just make their commute horrible or pile on all the work of the 3 people they got rid of before you. Then anyone anywhere near retirement age will take any package just to leave. All they have to do is restructure the entire department if there's only one or two people they really want to get rid of. Pre 2016, I would have taken a VRIF but they never let anyone they want to keep take them. Now the packages are so bad it doesn't matter anymore.
