Can't just make up statistics and percentages there sweetheart. College for the most part can be a waste. How's that gender studies degree going? Go to trade school.

I would bet that 95% of the posters on here did not graduate from college. Not surprised by the responses. What else would you expect from the mid west though. Most can’t even spell their name let alone have a business conversation.

This is the thread of fiction. The guy spouting EPS and buyback gibberish flunked out of community college.

There's no way they want to have to pay out millions of $$ for PSP for employees.

Wall Street doesn't care about profitability as much as they care about earnings per share (easily manipulated) and Qtr over Qtr revenue increases.

So it's easy for Xrx mgmt to throw more money at share buybacks (making shareholders happy) which reduces profitability (making Xrx mgmt happy they don't have to shell out millions of $$ in PSP payments). Win/Win for Xrx mgmt and shareholders, all while giving employees the shaft on PSP.

There were bonuses and stock awards. Raises too. Generally D5 and higher for bonuses although some are grandfathered from other comp plans. Keep in mind that although these results are moving in the right direction, they are measured against the worst year in decades and the work force is still too big for the size of the company.

To the person below me, I received a merit increase but there are many hard workers, harder workers than I, who didn't get one.

The "merit plan" was a joke. Anywhere from 1.5 to 3 percent increase is nothing. I think I made an extra 5 bucks in my check. It's laughable.

The company paid an estimated 5 million across all employees who scored three or higher under the merit plan. If you didn’t get anything I would look in the mirror and blame that person. Lol

And CONVIENIENTLY no profit share payout. But I bet all the shareholders are happy with their dividends and the share buybacks that were done.

You can’t be putting positive news on this website! That goes against everybody’s beliefs on here! Come on, we need to band together and only stick to negative news to spin our agenda.
