Belk is a lifeboat for corporate rejects from other retailers…. Macys, tj maxx, Dillard’s, and khols’s and now bed/bath. Always has been. You can (almost) guarantee if someone is hired at Belk from one of the above retailers it’s because they were fired or pushed out.
