TEX leaders are back on the chopping block as organizational "restructuring" require the highly tenured Kool-Aid drinkers to once again get cut.
Good luck... again

I’m in TEX leadership, and my director also said that there isn’t cute coming to TEX leaders. Maybe he isn’t sharing or maybe he is right. What is your source of information, how do you know this?
I straight up asked my Director earlier today about these rumors. He said no way are there plans to lay off anyone in the call centers or close any of them.
ok, the message is good to send out. let's go
While it's unfortunate to hear about any kind of job loss, it is not entirely surprising, given the current business climate and the push towards virtual retail. As organizations undergo these transitions, there may be a need to make adjustments to the structure and composition of the leadership teams, which could include layoffs.
In some cases, such changes could be beneficial for the overall health of the company, especially if there are individuals within the leadership who are not contributing positively to the work environment. By identifying and removing those who may be considered "bad apples" or counterproductive to the growth of the call centers, the company could be taking necessary steps to streamline operations and ensure a positive and collaborative working environment for all employees.
Of course, it is important to approach such situations with empathy and understanding, as losing a job can be a challenging experience for anyone involved. I hope that the organization will provide the necessary support and resources for those affected by these layoffs and that they will be able to find new opportunities in the future.
Because it's not about high salary or tenure. It's about reducing headcount. How some senior leaders have selected people varies, but it's purely about headcount.
Not true, they will not layoffs experts as experts are the ones making little money. 20 dollars per hour. Why layoffs?
More lies being fabricated here. This is not true.
I heard the same thing this week. Why can't they just leave the tenured folks alone?
Fake news. Not true.
Useless. Position.
