Is Global Security - SSHE still PIP’ing their team to protect leaderships limited thought, people management advancements and nationality preference bias. Having left I have found my work to excel in all aspects of life and have only just come to terms of the toxicity in this particular group which was the norm for me until I saw a new fresh perspective and leadership style that places people first and efforts rewarded equally.

Yes, I have.
Working Nigeria (MPN and EMDC) security was overseen by EM Global Security. I worked the deepwater Erha field installing subsea trees from a crane vessel (Mearsk Winner). One night in 2008 our vessel got a call from EM Global Security that they had spotted a suspect, high speed boat heading our way (pirates). (It was unusual that they called the vessel directly but they did.). The Mearsk Winner master immediate terminated the EM installation operation, decked the ROVs (2), secured the crane and headed full speed out to sea. The speed boat evidently changed course and we got the ok to return to the site.
So yes, EM Security did whatever they do to help keep our offshore EM Nigerian operation safe. They also ran the EM shuttle between the airport and EM Lagos office. I am sure they did a lot more behind the curtain. Anyway, during my 5 years of rotating to Nigeria I stayed safe.
