Anyone know if NCR is using bossware to monitor employee productivity? I may be paranoid, but I always feel like somebody’s watching me.

Well if you weren’t fu----g off there would be no issue!
Ignorant managers who don’t know how to do their job watching others doing their’s, so wrong. Brings new meaning to the old adage “cr-p floats” and those who can’t do, manage.
Heck yea they and they been doing for well before I was hired 1991. As a field technician and level 2/3. This isn’t uncommon but it has grown tremendously. Do not do personal stuff on company owned equipment. Period. Sure getting a 5 minute phone call from the husband or wife or kid not an issue. Don’t use your business email for personal use. I know of people receiving inappropriate email and then sent or forwarded them, they were fired. You have no control over what you receive as far as policy goes, but you do have control forwarding it. But I think you know what I’m saying
They monitor everything and anything, turn you phone and laptop off after hours, I was targeted and they were reading my emails, texting, and teams chat. They even go as far to listen to your phone conversations. This is all on top of the gps and tools used to monitor your calls and travel. If you are on their radar, they will do some very unethical things. Treat everything like someone is watching or listening
They watch everything we do as it is. GPS on our work vehicles, monitoring tickets and how long it takes to travel then complete a Task. I can’t see how they can monitor us any more. Unless this is for positions other than Field CEs. Would love to see them use this on my TM
