If the T’s don’t like it how many will leave? I’m sick of all this union company 2 tier pay games and false hopes. I for one don’t blame the union or CD I blame the greedy company that makes billions. With that said I am seriously seeking other employment to get out of here. Been threw a couple layoffs and came back this is my last straw. Enjoy

Even if the company closed the gap (but they won’t) the D’s still have a pension plan and we T’s do not. We get a cheesy 401k plan with a weak company match. Though we all reap the Benifit of high healthcare premiums thanks to the negotiation team on both sides. I’m so sick of hearing if we pay you more they will close it down. So be it then! Obviously GE is crying poverty driving around in limos and 2 jets Jeff. So I’m taking my skills I developed here and pursuing other employment.
