Thread regarding General Atomics layoffs

Hammer glassdoor.com

There are so many negative reviewers here, that you should all be hammering Glassdoor (https://www.glassdoor.com/Reviews/General-Atomics-Reviews-E5606.htm) and Indeed (https://www.indeed.com/cmp/General-Atomics/reviews).

Watch that overall score plummet.

At least you can provide a useful warning to new applicants and unwary new-hires, so they do not have the same rotten experience.

You need to provide objective criticism. There are plenty of thorough, critical reviews that itemize measurable and documented problems a reviewer has faced.

Glassdoor and Indeed reviews are wastes of time. I posted a review of them on Indeed and Glassdoor back in 2020 and both of the reviews were "censored". Nothing was offensive as far as racial, ethnic, religious, gender and what have you. The only thing "offensive" was that I was critical of General Atomics. The HR department camps out on these websites to flag critical reviews and it wouldn't surprise me if they posted fake reviews because some of these review read like propaganda pieces.

HR spend most if their time on Glassdoor and Amazon to make sure there are plenty of FAKE Reviews. LMAO

WRONG. The good reviews outweigh the bad reviews. Mainly because Glassdoor has honest reviews and this site just has a bunch of haters and GA rejects.
