The lack of transparency about layoffs and what's going on in general shows just how little Medtronic leadership respects employees. We should not have to rely on the internet to find out what's going on! It's a stressful time for all of us and they are making it worse by letting us guess what's going to happen next. This is a complete leadership failure.
