Will last years aip get cut ? Has anyone revived theirs ?

I got less than I typically pay in taxes..
Mine was 55% roughly in IT
Received it a few weeks ago. I am SIBG so it was 84% of the target. Which apparently was the highest in the company.
Mine was small but not dead, no revival necessary.
