I've heard that phrase thrown around a few times but there hasn't been any announcements on it through official channels. Is it a subset to the "roadmap to extraordinary" program that they're using to justify layoffs?

@1nlp+1meL3jZm we all should have seen the writing on the wall when all the people involved with the failure of GE mass migrated to Medtronic. Working at GE during that time period should put you on a blacklist for employment.

Yes, Project Pivot was the code name for the current RIF and restructure.
Basically Medtronic way of say layoffs are a good thing and everyone benefits from it
