When I called the number (listed in the next Steps email) to schedule my appointment, IT had literally no idea what I was talking about. It took a half hour for them to tell me that, even though I live 10 minutes from a location, I should just take everything to UPS. That seems less secure to me and I don’t want to be liable for the return. Anyone else having this issue?

I was laid off last year and still have all of my equipment. Two monitors, all of the machines etc. My dream was always to work for Medtronic and it is great to be without the stress every day. Geoff Martha is a id--t who should be fired two years ago.
Yeah, just show up at the IT office and get a receipt or take a photo of what you've dropped off. with this many lay-offs you want to make sure you're protected. half of the IT teams are getting let go, so it's unlikely they will be able to account for what you dropped off versus someone else. protect you.
I went to ups. Very easy. Take pictures of everything and ups gives you copies of the shipments.
just return your laptop dock and wipe your/reset phone and ipad. . Keep the good stuff Wipro reuses the good stuff .... idk
Go to ups with the sheet and drop it off. You have to be active in the system to schedule an on-site drop off. They cancel your badge immediately…
op : I just showed up at our my local MDT office and handed them EVERYTHING! Don't call, just schedule an online appointment, pick a time slot ( its usually available the same day ) and then drop of all your items. Have front security call the IT personnel and ask them to bring a cart. This was in Jacksonville location, idk where you are at.
