They should have gotten rid of most of the management

None of them do anything useful anyhow.

My direct manager is actually extremely involved, and goes the extra step to ensure her staff have what they need and she provides input on items when we need it. I was relieved to hear she wasn't cut. People managers are beneficial, when they are good performers.

I understand good bosses are rare; I’m fortunate enough to have a great one. I wish all management at MDT is like mine.

Geoff transformed Medtronic from a for profit to non-profit business in under 3 years. Let the employees vote for who to keep at the ExComm level. Pathetic!
