If all you have is a group meeting, then you're good. You'd have a 1:1 scheduled if you were one of the cuts.
Can you share what part of the country you’re in?
Most of NV leadership are dropouts from SI business which they demolished. They went from selling brain dead commodity surgical staplers to high tech stroke products and implantables. It's going exactly as you would think. I count my days in this organization, which is a shell of what it once was.
NV quality ran by narcissists that will not let employees make decisions. Also thinks is an engineer that knows everything about everything. Very conservative approach.
