It's time for you and I to begin your search for a new job. The recent layoffs at 3M shouldn't discourage you as there are plenty of opportunities available. Losing one job does not mean that you cannot secure another one. Your intelligence, diligence, and determination make you an attractive candidate for several great companies out there. You just have to find the one that's right for you.

For all of you, there is a great book and concept call “never search alone” by Phyl Terry. I highly recommend you pick this up and begin the process. You’ll attend a virtual meeting and then you’ll get paired with “peers” to form a job search council. This is a gift - there is no cost. The process works. Best of luck to everyone!! There is something out there for each and everyone of you that is impacted, or not. You decide what to do!
