We have facilities with occupancy rates of around 40%. Is anyone seeing building consolidations as part of this? PVH being moved?

Memphis already sold buildings and are leasing. Now they are reducing the number of floors within this buildings
Consolidation in Santa Rosa CA moving all into company owned Fountain Grove out of leased Brickway. No timeline given
I mean, they just built/bought a huge new building in Lafayette, CO. I would not be surprised if they brought some divisions in from more expensive states to the not much cheaper Colorado.
I’m hearing a lot of talk that Rice Creek and Mounds View would combine.
OHQ will turn into a fancy Costco.
The Rice Creek facility may close.
