I came to work for this company because of its mission and what we do for patients every single day and all the Townhall meetings every leadership person promises to be transparent and let us know of important information right away so I find it amusing when the stories on the Internet talk about the unknown numbers of people impacted. come on leader ship you know how many people you need to lay off. live up to your words of being transparent honesty goes a long way and right now leader ship is not very honest. Can they ever be? Doubtful.

Leadership is transparently not up to task. Their transparency starts and ends there.
Excom has been secretive and figuring to keep their jobs. They should be focused on technology disruption like Eatl. That's right they aren't technologists! Good luck.... I'm pulling my money from the stock pool.
So true. All I hear from lower leadership is nothing has been shared and I definitely believe them. Get rid of all ExComm!
Their transparency only comes by means of siloing information such that other leaders can say that they know nothing.
