Why don't we get rid of some of the real estate or lease contracts instead of always relying on laying people off when it comes to cost savings? What am I missing here?

You want me to work harder so Lumberg’s stock goes up a 1/4 point? No thanks, I’ll just come here and complain. Carry on…..
We do nothing because we are being TOLD to let Accenture do it. We are overseeing and sharing knowledge when needed. History shows that once they are on auto pilot, we are cut loose....why should we care if they notice? This is the way of this company. I'll take the easy money while it lasts.
If people put a fraction of the effort they waste on this site complaining and actually do work, maybe there would be fewer layoffs. What is a misuse of labor?
Must be a thing in non-US countries?
Anybody reporting to labor department about misuse of labor through layoffs.
Every time they resort to headcount reductions - they take a wrecking ball to their own operations, and expect the remaining staff (the little people) to put everything back together again. They will probably resort to more head count reductions, and I hope I'm included in the next round. I've already absorbed so many responsibilities from others who were let go, and my workload has tripled. If I get laid off - who are they going to give all of my responsibilities to - considering everyone is already exploited beyond what's considered reasonable?
That’s coming sooner too
God knows what they do with those investments...
Yes, get out of the cesspools
