I'm big and I'm curious about the executives taking voluntary severance.
OP gets a gold star sticker for every executive that steps down.
HR sure is posting a lot today.
What is it to anyone reading this if an executive leaves? Why would they? They make several times what the average employee makes. Why would 12 months pay be enticing for them? Beyond that, what difference does it make to you??? You still have to live your life with your own challenges and rewards. Why focus on others? Are you really that small?
