Massive IT re-org announced today by CIO. Every department being transformed again. Impacts to staff confirmed but not clarified yet, but confirmed today will be their last day.
Saw on LinkedIn some IT folks mentioned they have been impacted...
Got hit at 9am, I’m out from ets, good luck to those who are stuck cleaning this mess up for the next couple of years.
The brms will all be on itlt and run the show, Francisco, Rich, yan, tyce. What a disaster, still getting rid of the people that do the work. Sean jr.
Tomorrow we will get the general announcement about the new IT op model. All new structure. Most of current pillars will be gone. (Except security)
Rumors flying about major CIO announcement tomorrow for BPS. Possibly merge BPS and ETS under a single flag? Unclear if additional impacts as a result
BPS IT (old Laura’s org was top heavy and inefficient! She created a kingdom and it was a total mess. She jumped out just in time as she saw it coming down) and what about I&I? Any news? The leader there is over 3 years and has not changed or delivered anything meaningful…
