I think that those who manage this company (I won't call them leaders because they are not), do not have any clear vision for the future of this company at all....
They are only focused on short term plans and that is why NCR has become such a mess. And I believe that the mess will become even worse, unfortunately.

NCR has no leaders, that's why I giggle to myself when ever I hear them say Leadership Team or Executive Leadership Team. NCR doesn't hire leaders nor does it train new appointees. If you happened to be standing in the right spot or kissing the right arrse they make you a leader. You don't even have to be trained, qualified, credentialed or college educated.
We have ED level leadership who cannot reply to the latest email thread and some who lack all basic communication skills making decisions. How can anyone think that decisions made with not the latest info read or possibly intentional lack of transparency ends well. Layoffs made by those who should have been let go long ago but have a buffer due to their friends or those wanting to take advantage.
Ncr promotes incompetence, the worse you are at your job the more promotions you get.
