Uploads are tracked through zscaler where all traffic from Medtronic laptops gets routed before the destination. The software acts as a man in the middle in that it can see all unencrypted and encrypted traffic to detect and isolate threats.
Individual file actions on the laptop can be monitored via OneDrive for mass deletions since the desktop and local folders are linked to the cloud service. A mass deletion of files triggers warnings in the Microsoft Office 365 environment so they’ll know if a bunch of files disappear off your personal one drive in a short amount of time. The data is backed up anyway. If you were smart, you’d locate the files on the root of the C: Drive which are not mirrored to the cloud.
An endpoint agent is also installed on the computer that can monitor file activity.
You get time after notification to remove personal content. They don't lock down your account right then and there.
be careful with the uploading, they can track all that so dont just start wiping sh-t down or moving massive GBs of data all of a sudden cause who knows what kind of systems they have on the back end. maybe someone in IT can post
Upload your stuffs to the cloud, i.e., One Drive (personal account).
You may as well cash out recognize but I don't believe you lose them in any case. It just doesn't add any value to save them. Cash out for Pre-paid cards and spend however you would like. Keep the pin you get when activating them because some aces require it.
Recognize points do not get “paid out”. You keep them when you leave MDT.
Recognize points get paid out on your last paystub. No need to spend them down.
Cash all of your recognize points as well.
