Thread regarding Gainwell Technologies layoffs

Has anyone worked in a department that was well organized and set up properly?

Every department is dysfunctional. Every department is poorly operated. Every department is having issues meeting their goals. Every department has employees stressed daily about potentially losing their jobs.

I agree with lots of the other posts on here. Why do people stay? I personally am in the middle of several interviews and will be gone soon.

Gainwell employees - a company cannot continue to be ran this poorly and be successful. Every one of us is in danger of a collapse. Of losing our livelihood.

There is such a massive disconnect between the leaders and what is really happening in the company. And the leaders aren’t listening to the employees. They think they know better. They don’t trust us. So sadly they are going to get what’s coming to them. This company is going to sell this summer because the leaders simply can’t get it together and generate a profit for Veritas.

Do yourself a favor, find a new job. Get off of the sinking ship.

Exactly! Hey, Unisys is even still in business. Remember Unisys? No!? I rest my case.

Staying in business and being successful are two very different things. Gainwell may stay in business, but being poorly led and virtually never meeting any goals will result in constant turmoil. Constant growing and shrinking. Constant layoffs. Bad bosses. Sh-t CEO.

Bad output or no output will continue to be a mess of a company.

Funny how the employees refuse to see that. Instead they pretend that Gainwell is a good company. But it isn’t. Why would anyone want to work for a place that you are not valued by leadership? Especially at the C suite level.

"a company cannot continue to be ran this poorly and be successful"

Au contraire, it absolutely can. Always remember it's government customers. They are masters at expecting little to no results.
