Any experience with the outsourced recruiting group in the Philippines? Our experience has been a disaster, very poorly trained recruiters, limited English language proficiency, no accountability, poor candidates, etc.

Our division transferred vendor purchase order billing to the Philippines …what a disaster.. The simple transactions became constant problems and and
complex issues turned into firestorms.
Definitely has cost Xerox a lot ..
Most of the time when a company notices it’s going the wrong direction it will turn around, stop , regroup ect.
Not us, when we’re going the wrong direction we step on the gas.
