Who's using Install Partners at their store and do they suck as bad as at my store?

IP sucks a-s. They just want their % and do nothing. Upcharge everything because scope of work might not have an i dotted. Charge for things in scope. Charge for sneezing. Local provider messes up 9/10 jobs and they dont care. Corp doesnt care.
Lowe’s has become a showroom. If I wants something I go in look for what I want. There are rarely associates around. I then search the product on my cell phone and order from Amazon, Best Buy, Home Depot. And pick it up.
Do they suck? Yes, they removed the chrome from my doggie trailer hitch in under 30 seconds!
EVERY move Melvin and his minions make is based on CUTTING COST, which they believe is the best way to max their bonuses. In reality, they are increasing the costs to the Company and running customers off in droves.
"Overcharge and underdeliver" is the Lowe's Install motto. Never stop disappointing...
