Of course, this company treats us very poorly because there are many people who keep their heads in the sand, think that they can't get a better job anywhere else and easily give up looking for new opportunities. NCR makes the most of it. I'm just saying.

There lots of people that need to be go, senior managers that are coasting and have gotten used to putting min effort. These guys need weeding out and people who can actually get the job done recognised.
Most people stay at NCR cause it’s super easy and they can do almost nothing and get paid for 40 hours, people get used to doing nothing, if they switch jobs they have to work 40 hours
And this month they are rainbow handcuffs.. :)
It's not a coincidence that the NCR logo is a pair of handcuffs
