What is the “cooling off” period?
Someone left this comment on the article:
"I checked with Morgan Stanley and they're just part of the original 3,000 - not new ones"
ED has a "Cooling off" period, May + 3 month -> August,
New round. Starts in august
It says "452 of Morgan Stanley’s 3,000 layoffs" so it's probably not a new round of layoffs
This is confusing. Does this mean a new round of layoffs in August or August 2023 date has something to do with severance period for May layoffs.
