Ftv live guy posted layoffs coming to CBS stations. Will there even be a CBS to move to the pier a few years from now. If CBS affiliates keep dropping, there will be no network news or programming

don't be so arrogant. consolidation will preclude a sale and after the sale, there will only be more consolidation.

if you lose your role here, what makes you think you are going to land a new one at any of the other orgs going through the same thing? its a sinking ship and there are only a small handful of lifeboats.

westfield forfeited their property to SF. not out of the realm of possibility para does the same with BC if it means closing on a deal to sell the company.

Cart before the horse. Nobody knows anything about Pier 94 facilities - this discussion is light-years away

Cross that bridge when you come to it. Para is in lease mode - so however many years from now - it could be anywhere

For what purpose is there talking about something that is years away? The BC is Not going to be sold quicker than you can say Simon & Schuster

Good luck finding someone who needs or needs to demolish 600,000 sq ft. Pier 94 is not a done deal - only a fool would repeat speculation they see in the fake news. CBS more likely to be bought by discovery to replace CNN
