Neiman Marcus is a textbook example of how to alienate both existing customers and potential customers with stupid decisions. I'm thinking this company will not last much longer. If you are smart, you are already looking for a new job. And if you are not, my advice is to start as soon as you can.

There’s no focus from the leaders. They lead with love for every month (now it’s Pride) but can’t make a daily business decision to save us.
Unfortunately..they have alot of customers who take their poor service .as if they deserve it...
The pendulum has swung .I think sales are down at least 7 percent or more from what I have seen.. notice no articles from their PR friends on that lately
