Anyone noticed rig count & frac spreads going down in the last 5 wks lost 59 rigs & 38 frac spreads something is happening!

It’s just Halliburtons terrible service. I’m in the Delaware & Permian Basin and get 300 hours every 14 days in cementing and then go home rest of the month.
National energy 'policy' under this 'president' and his administration, as they are vehemently ANTI oil and gas.
Or, regarding the loss of the "frac spreads", is this just Halliburton, or is the loss industry wide?
If this loss of "frac fleets" has just affected Halliburton, remember that there is nothing that Halliburton can do, that the competition, down to the third and fourth tier pressure pumping and perf plug companies cannot do, cheaper, with the same results on the vast majority of these horizontal wells. Riding on "the name", and its past reputation, doesn't cut it anymore.
