Not trying to drum anything up. If you get too specific you’ll find yourself in the middle of an unwanted conversations with direct management. If you’d ask anyone on the direct side you would get unfiltered examples of what is stated.

Impact partners (principal owners) are multimillionaires overnight. Factory reps over them get paid “ok” but not even close to impact owner. Membership to clubs, vacation homes, sporting events elite tickets, favorable positions at impact for “friends” etc etc etc. impact partner money influences factory rep decisions. Use your imagination. It goes on and on. These are the nice obvious ways of influence. It goes way further than can be posted on-site. All is “legal” but unethical.

Here in EU not much different regarding "they" turn the eye :)

LBPs can do anything in comparison to us, "regular" workforce :)

Unfortunately this is a common practice that is well known. The worker bees have to shut their mouth if they’d like to keep their jobs. Workers have to abide by ethics but if it is impact partner “they” turn the eye. Total abuse of power.

BTW it goes way further than vacation homes.😉
