Why would you want to be in RTP? You love sh---y commutes and traffic combined with the joy of working in the middle of nowhere?
RH hampered their ability to attract talent when they moved from core RTP area to downtown Raleigh years ago. If they got back to closer to core RTP area they'd have a better chance at that.
Realistically - given that at IBM's complexes in Durham/Raleigh - compressing all into single building(s) each - my bet is that RH is moved into building(s) in either Main or 500 complex.
They own all that also for a long time, recently remodeled ("agile") so ditching Tower would be a good move.
