With all of the talk of this board about hiring freezes and layoffs - I see quite a few BD Sumter positions posted beyond JG1/2 floor positions. Many of these are JG3/4/5 positions. Were folks asked to resign/severed and these are backfill positions? Or are folks just leaving on their own accord?

They may be offering lower pay or even contract work in order for the company to take advantage of people who are out of the job. They want us to accept these jobs if we are laid off and desperate.
