I would like nothing more than to get out of here, but I can't get anything better. What are your experiences on the job market right now?

It truly depends on your skill set. Anytime I open my LinkedIn to recruiters, I get a ton of job leads. I did leave MDT last month and got a 30% pay increase, double bonus payout, annual equity in addition to a big sign on equity bonus. Jobs are out there and other companies do pay really well, but you need to have a niche skill set.
The market is pretty bad. Also you got to have the skills that the market is looking for. It's tough out there. Maybe early next year it could improve. Keep learning and refresh your prior experiences and hope for the best.
Idk if you paid attention to the last ROF but DEI types were definitely not safe according to LinkedIn...
Collect MIP, collect Pay and Quite-quit. Pretend like doing something and you should be okay. And if you’re DEI members then no need to worry at all.
Depends, if you have a skill set, you will be snapped up; if not, well, not so much.
What's the big rush to leave? Corporate is in disarray, all you hear is "business as usual " ie "just hang around and collect a paycheck" added bonus SUMMER time is here :)
The job market is bad
For what type of role? I left and got a fat pay increase.
It looks like big corporations have us by our ba--s.
The number of applicants for jobs is absolutely nuts...
