I was very afraid of starting from the scratch, but from this perspective, after I finally left, I recommend everyone to find courage to looker for another offer. I don't believe there is anyone who regrets leaving here?

It truly is much better. Once you get over the shock you'll realize there's more to life than working for Mullet Boy and his lackeys up on that 20th floor. How blind was I to think they actually appreciated my commitment and hard work?
agree with all of the above comment - I left last year to join a Midtown SaaS company and never looked back. That place is toxic and leadership is terrible - my old boss was just trying to ride the wave up to the C-suite taking everyone down that got in their way.
IT Certainly IS !
Pro tip, let your Cisco cert lapse and do not reapply. Less headaches, less all hour calls. They don’t pay you more for that cert, they take advantage of it.
I agree and my TM is one of them. When network calls come in our Management and FSC go crazy trying to assign a CE to the call no matter what time of day. We get calls at all hours which is ridiculous. Unethical and a very bad communicator to boot. They think they know what’s best for you which I just have to laugh at
I have been gone ver half a year now, life is better, looking back it becomes clear what a bad boss is, the leadership at NCR is straight up un ethical, managers are just puppets to upper management who all ignore problems they all see, but pretend don’t exist, they simply don’t care but take a big pay check , and there are A LOT of them
