Thread regarding State Farm Insurance layoffs

Will to recover State Farm

People sometimes comment on all the ways this company could be recovered. The only problem is, I haven't noticed that our leadership has any desire to do it!?

The recovery of State Farm began when I took the reins in 2015. My work is almost complete. A job well done, I and many others would say. You are welcome.

It’s pretty odd that this company isn’t “public”, and not even international. Yet, it’s mixed up with WEF and Brookings.

When you dont know what youre doing and cant run a company, you hire consulting firms and because youre in panic mode you buy whatever rhe charlatons are selling. Worse leadership in company history. Corporate greed. Thats why he wont take SF public. If he did he knows he would be immediately fired for incompetence.

@1obv-is the retiree in his 70s that hasn’t worked in over a decade. He only made it thru HS and doesn’t even realize SF has been using consultants for over 40 years in some capacity.

And yet, SF has not only retained its #1 position but is rapidly widening the gap. When will some of you stop whining and realize this is a different world than the one we operated in during the 20th Century? I’m not saying it feels good….but SF is ki-ling it.

LOL- if he took it public he would immediately receive 200-300 million in stock. Then retire. Imbecilic post.

Clearly our training of new hires is severely lacking. I see clear questions that should be asked and they just skip to the next one on the list… LISTEN NEWBIES!

They played the game and so called leadership got their big promo and pay. Deloitte got what they wanted. Accenture too. ERP and ServiceNow is a data disaster at everyone’s expense and so called software engineering and architecture a big joke. Policyholders and employees and potential customers. Just little kids to be “analyzed”. Data Analytics at its worst. Data and information that lacks integrity galore. And so called Human Factors make smart consumers think twice.

Good job Einstein! Staples IT gets the win.

Hooray for leaders!!!
