Is it just me or does anyone else find the worst part of working for TIAA is becoming their client. Nothing like having your COBRA benefits being threatened because it’s gone into the black hole we all know exists there.

When I left, I worked hard on rolling everything over to Schwab, their customers service is light years ahead of TIAA. Had a friend in the know, who just took a buyout. They said rollovers out of TIAA are like the Mississippi river at flood stage.
Ex- employees turned clients CAN file complaints too you know..l
And if they give professors and doctors the run around, imagine where ex-employees fall in their bureaucratic pecking order.
