They’re going to give us a bonus so that they don’t lose the entire workforce, they’ll just make it small so they lose a decent number of us. Anyone have word on what the bonus % will be?

Geoff didn’t sound credible at all. Sounds like he’s just buying time before dropping bad news.
Geoff said we have to wait a month before finding out. Give us a break man, last year sucked and it wasn't because of us individual contributors.
heard no MIP this for Surgical OU. The company is bleeding and they are doing all the stupid things to push employees away like RTO. Let's see how it turns out
Anyone else see folks that were junior and without families getting "promoted" into their "eliminated" positions?
No MIP or LTI, get over & get back to work, and make sure to pick extra tab that were left behind by your departed colleagues.
Given the results from Free cash flow & earnings which was lowest in years plus which were at yearly lows, i wouldnt count on MIP being more than 50-60% this year
But Geoff will surely come up with a way to add more stock to his compensation package and get another 28% raise this year
