Its now been over a month since they gave the announcement that they were reviewing further outsourcing for IT. Work is already hard enough to get done because no vendors take responsibility, what if they do outsource the rest? You would have 5 different vendors all avoiding ownership and loose the rest of the key knowledge that already is very hard to come by. And how is it cheaper? We got a quote for a little over a month of work to be done by cognizant developers and they wanted over $20,000! A absolute joke.

People who asked about Que - there have been several complaints about her and some of her direct reports to Voice of Concern. Unfortunately, with no results. Or, what they are trying now is to clean up her bad name with articles on social media... Even LT members talk badly about her behavior down to the next level, I was on a call when an Executive leader shared about the way she acts towards people... They all know! But GM & KP values are numbers, not ethical behaviors! It's funny when they talk about ethical behavior and they are the worst of all!

Ask Sean Lennon the CIO mastermind. What he and others figured out was how to line their pockets and get out before everything just breaks.
They are outsourcing as many jobs possible. Someone mentioned in another thread MDT is spending $350 million on opening an engineering center in Hyderabad, India. They keep shrinking the Customer Service in the US and moving jobs to Colombia and Mexico.
Also include a statement to "fix any issues they cause" your SOW best be off the hook, perfect or your going to be paying 100k. How they make there money. "Off our mistakes to just assume"
You better have a very detailed spec to go along with that project, otherwise that 'over a month of work' will cost a lot more than $20,000, and will not be usable.
