“Compliance with OSHA Work Fatigue Requirements: We would like to bring to your attention the importance of compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) guidelines regarding work fatigue. OSHA recognizes the significant impact of long work hours and excessive workloads on employee health and safety. As an employer, it is crucial to prioritize the well-being of claims adjusters and ensure compliance with OSHA standards to prevent work-related injuries and accidents.”
Are we really that naïve to believe big corporations will have the employees wellness in mind?
Are you experiencing neck, wrists, arms, shoulders pain? Seek medical attention and dig deep to identify the cause. Your job could be making you sick and you don’t even know it. Then you could eventually get to a point where you can’t do the job, and end up disregarded by a company you dedicated years to and find yourself without a job, health insurance and nearly disabled. They will only move on to the next person to take the job without any accountability- worker’s compensation claims are worker’s rights if you get sick or hurt due to your job.
